This threshold aligns with federal-level guidelines, ensuring Indiana residents of legal age can access CBD oil and related products without concern.

 

At this time Indiana does not allow a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine to prescribe medical marijuana. Possession of marijuana is considered a Class B misdemeanor and may include a fine or incarceration.

In Indiana, any Psilocybin product in Indiana is illegal. 

Currently, psilocybin and LSD are classified as Schedule I: psilocybin (or magic mushrooms) and LSD, [along with: mescaline, MDMA (or molly), ecstasy, GHB, and heroin], and is considered to be a Class A misdemeanor.

At this time Indiana does not allow a Doctor of Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine to prescribe Medical Psilocybin.
