Laboratory Testing Disclosure: Recommended laboratory testing may be part of your integrative, acupuncture, and Chinese Medicine care. Because we do not independently order laboratory tests in Indiana, recommended tests are submitted for review by an independent licensed clinician authorization network. If approved, that clinician—not this practice—authorizes and places the laboratory order. The authorizing clinician’s information will appear on the laboratory requisition. Laboratory testing is optional, and you may discuss results and any medically significant findings with your primary-care physician or other medical provider.

Results requiring medical diagnosis, prescription treatment, urgent evaluation, or management outside my scope will be referred to your primary-care clinician, the authorizing clinician, or another appropriate licensed medical provider. Do not delay emergency or medically necessary care while awaiting or discussing laboratory results.
